Cucumber Soup

3 Cucumbers

1 ½ cup of vanilla yogurt

Wash and peel the cucumbers. Slice lengthwise and remove the seeds. Thinly slice the cucumbers.  Pour the yogurt into a medium bowl; stir the cucumber pieces slowly not to bruise. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
